This skirt is part of an outfit I planned to wear to the White House when Michelle invited me! Not that Mrs. Obama and I are on a first name basis or ANY basis, but don’t we all plan our “when we go to this place, we’ll wear this outfit?!” Anyhoo, she hasn’t invited me yet, so in the meanwhile I have to wear it other places. The skirt has a top that’s absolutely fab but it requires my tummy to be absolutely fab too, and some days we have to make concessions…like this day. But when Michelle rings me up my tummy will tighten up from the excitement of the call alone! I love African prints worn with a modern twist and denim goes with everything.
